This is the EXACT Framework that saved hours and protected me from burnout. I went from being reactive about the kind of research I did, to making smart choices that spoke to my values and advanced my career. That gave me choices.
More life. Less work. Different research.
Don't you want the same?
The secret to being a productive writer - who writes within their paid working hours - is to have a realistic grasp of the time you have and set writing goals that fit your time. Whilst this seems obvious, ask any academic how long it takes them to write an article and you will quickly understand how few academics have a realistic understanding of how long outputs take to execute.
Being able to plan your research effectively - and with confidence that you can predict and then meet deadlines - is crucial for maximising the small amount of time you have to get your writing done.
BUT THAT IS NOT SUFFICIENT!
You need to know what projects to choose, and when to do them, and how to switch and build a pipeline. You also need to know how to review your progress in a way that supports your development, not hinders it.
This workshop will make you master of your time and enable effective work planning for your academic year.

I created this programme after I realised to enable academics to break free from overwork, and being reactive about the types of work they commit to. So many of us just slide into doing work we don't find fulfilling and that leads to a lack of motivation and burnout.
With a few tweaks, you could move from planning without execution, to choosing, prioritising and executing your chosen research projects. One's that reflect your values, and keep motivation high.
So i created this course to give you everything you need to become someone who meets deadlines without binge writing, and someone who can confidently say YES or indeed no to projects knowing that the work they are doing is taking them where they need to go.
My 5 Step Framework has been refined from my own practice over years - first as an academic and then as a coach - so it delivers even for the most reluctant planners.
